| ABOUT
THE FORMS OUTLET, INC.
Jeff Alsey founded The Forms Outlet,
Inc. in 1986.
Jeff Alsey started as a print broker, and
worked out of his house -- using his family dining table
as a desk and the garage to store forms. He found a printer
that he could work with, and with $125.00 in his pocket
and a month late on the rent, he went out looking for jobs
to print. Within six months he moved into a 120 square foot
office.
In 1989, Jeff bought his own place at 2209 El Camino
Avenue. Within two years, he purchased the company's
first printing press. Since then, The Forms Outlet has had
several presses.
Our latest addition is a fully automated
Hamada H248, which
was purchased in October 1999. Nowadays, The Forms Outlet
specializes in full color printing, and our small family-owned
business will continue to focus on the personalized service
which has kept us on top all these years.
